Zusammenfassung:To provide a grinding wheel surface state acquisition device and a grinding wheel surface state acquisition method, by which the height distribution of abrasive grains arranged on the surface of a grinding wheel can be quantitatively output.SOLUTION: A grinding wheel surface state acquisition device 10 comprises: a contact-piece movement control unit by which a contact piece 13 is relatively moved along a surface by a table 11 while the contact piece 13 is kept advanced by a predetermined amount of advancement by an actuator 12; and a distribution analysis output unit by which a relative height, on a surface of a grinding wheel 1, of abrasive grains 3 brought into contact with the contact piece 13 is analyzed using the amount of advancement of the contact piece 13, and a distribution state of the height of the abrasive grains 3 on the surface of the grinding wheel 1 is output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】砥石車の表面に配置された砥粒の高さの分布を定量的に出力することが可能な砥石車表面状態取得装置及び砥石車表面状態取得方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】砥石車表面状態取得装置10は、アクチュエータ12によって接触子13を所定の前進量だけ前進させた状態でテーブル11によって接触子13を表面に沿って相対移動させる接触子移動制御部と、接触子13と接触した砥粒3の砥石車1の表面における相対的な高さを接触子13の前進量を用いて解析し、砥石車1の表面における砥粒3の高さの分布の状態を出力する分布解析出力部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
