Zusammenfassung: | To enhance the processing accuracy of laser processing by sufficiently stabilizing a supporting state of a workpiece with a table device while suppressing complication in configuration of a table device and increase of production cost.SOLUTION: Inside a table body 24, a plurality of supporting plates 34 for supporting a workpiece W are provided in a manner in which each supporting plate has been inserted into one of a plurality of slits 32 of a slit row SG, the plurality of supporting plates 34 being arranged at an interval along a longitudinal direction. At an upper edge of each support plate 34, a plurality of protrusions 36 to make contact with a rear face of the workpiece W are formed along the longitudinal direction. All of the slits 32 comprise: a plurality of first inclined slits 32A inclined relative to a vertical direction; and a plurality of second inclined slits 32B which are inclined relative to the vertical direction in an opposite direction of the inclination direction of the first inclined slits 32A at an equal angle to the first inclined slits.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】テーブル装置の構成の複雑化及び製造コストの増大を抑えつつ、テーブル装置によるワークの支持状態を十分に安定させて、レーザ加工の加工精度の高めること。【解決手段】テーブル本体24の内側には、ワークWを支持するための複数の支持板34がスリット列SGの複数のスリット32に挿入した状態で設けられており、複数の支持板34は、長さ方向に沿って間隔を置いて配置されている。各支持板34の上縁部には、ワークWの裏面に接触する複数の突起36が長さ方向に沿って形成されている。全てのスリット32は、鉛直方向に対して傾斜した複数の第1傾斜スリット32Aと、第1傾斜スリット32Aの傾斜方向と反対方向に同じ角度だけ鉛直方向に対して傾斜した複数の第2傾斜スリット32Bを含んでいる。【選択図】図3 |
