Zusammenfassung: | To automate the process of supplying a magnetic flux collecting ring, which is an insert work, to a mold.SOLUTION: A magnetic flux collecting ring for conducting a magnetic flux from a magnetic yoke in a torque detection device, includes: an annular portion 2; magnetic flux collecting portions 3, 3 protruding from an axial end surface 2A of the annular portion 2; and convex portions 4, 4 provided at positions circumferentially separated from a position where a magnetic portion at an axial end surface 2A of the annular portion 2 protrudes. An axial protruding length of the convex portion 4 from the axial end surface 2A is set from 0.9 to 1.1 as a ratio to an axial protruding length of the magnetic flux collecting portion 3 from the axial end surface 2A. When stacking magnetic flux collecting rings so that they fit loosely into a cylindrical jig, the magnetic flux collecting rings stand still with their annular portions kept substantially horizontal. This makes it difficult for the magnetic flux collecting ring to be caught when it is taken out of the cylindrical jig, and even an industrial robot can easily take out the magnetic flux collecting ring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
【課題】インサートワークである集磁リングを金型に供給する工程を自動化できるようにする。【解決手段】トルク検出装置における磁気ヨークからの磁束を誘導する集磁リングであって、円環部2と、円環部2の軸方向端面2Aから突出する集磁部3,3と、円環部2の軸方向端面2A磁部が突出する位置から周方向へ離間した位置に設けた凸部4,4とを備える。凸部4の軸方向端面2Aからの軸方向突出長さを、集磁部3の軸方向端面2Aからの軸方向突出長さに対する比で0.9から1.1に設定した。円筒状の治具に遊嵌するように集磁リングを積み重ねた際に、集磁リングは、それらの円環部が略水平を保った状態で静止する。それにより、集磁リングを円筒状の治具から取り出す際に引っ掛かりにくく、産業用ロボットであっても集磁リングの取出しを容易に行うことができる。【選択図】図4A |
