Zusammenfassung: | To provide an integrated valve which can improve productivity, in which a pressure reduction valve and a selector valve are connected to each other via a shaft.SOLUTION: An integrated valve 50 has: a pressure reduction valve 58a for pressure-reducing a refrigerant flowing out of a water/refrigerant heat exchanger 12; a selector valve 70 for making the refrigerant flowing out of an outdoor heat-exchanging part 16a flow into a flow passage flowing out to either of a compressor 11 or an overcooling part 16b; a shaft 58b for displacing the pressure reduction valve 58a and the selector valve 70 in conjunction with each other; a shaft support member 61 in which a support part 61b for slidably supporting the shaft 58b is formed; and a seal member 62 contacting with an external peripheral face of the shaft 58b over an entire periphery. The seal member 62 is held in a holding recess 61c which is formed at the shaft support member 61 at the refrigerant flow passage 55c side rather than the support part 61b, and a charging recess 61d charged with a material constituting the seal member 62 is recessively formed at the holding recess 61c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】減圧弁と切替弁とがシャフトを介して連結された統合弁において、生産性を向上させることができる統合弁を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】統合弁50は、水−冷媒熱交換器12から流出した冷媒を減圧する減圧弁58aと、室外熱交換部16aから流出した冷媒を圧縮機11又は過冷却部16bのいずれかに流出する流路に流入させる切替弁70と、減圧弁58aと切替弁70とを連動して変位させるシャフト58bと、シャフト58bを摺動可能に支持する支持部61bが形成されたシャフト支持部材61と、シャフト58bの外周面と全周にわたって接触するシール部材62と、を有し、シール部材62は、支持部61bよりも冷媒流路55c側のシャフト支持部材61に形成された保持凹部61cに保持され、保持凹部61cには、シール部材62を構成する材料が充填される充填凹部61dが凹んで形成されている。【選択図】図2 |
