Zusammenfassung: | To provide a hydraulic control device capable of suppressing sudden fluctuation of a hydraulic pressure to be supplied to a control object, while suppressing increase of components and increase of a size.SOLUTION: A hydraulic control device includes an output-side oil passage into which an oil flows from first and second oil passages to supply a hydraulic pressure to a control object, and a pressure adjustment check valve 42 disposed on the second oil passage to inhibit flowing of an oil from an output-side oil passage to a second discharge port and capable of adjusting a hydraulic pressure in the second oil passage. The pressure adjustment check valve has a spool hole portion 43f having a bottom portion 43g, a valve element portion 44a housed inside of the spool hole portion, a first elastic member 45 housed between the valve element portion and a bottom portion of the spool hole portion and applying elastic force to the valve element portion, and a second elastic member 46 housed between the valve element portion and the bottom portion of the spool hole portion. A natural length of the second elastic member is shorter than a distance between the valve element portion and the bottom portion in closing an inflow hole portion by the valve element. The second elastic member applies elastic force to the valve element portion in a state that the valve element portion opens an inflow hole portion 43e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】部品の増加および大型化を抑制しつつ、制御対象に供給する油圧の急激な変動を抑制する油圧制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】油圧制御装置は、第1および第2油路からオイルが流入され、制御対象に油圧を供給する出力側油路と、第2油路に設けられ、出力側油路から第2吐出ポートへのオイルの流れを阻止し、第2油路内の油圧を調整可能な圧力調整逆止弁42と、を備える。圧力調整逆止弁は、底部43gを有するスプール穴部43fと、スプール穴部の内部に収容される弁体部44aと、スプール穴部のうち弁体部と底部との間に収容され、弁体部に弾性力を加える第1弾性部材45と、スプール穴部のうち弁体部と底部との間に収容される第2弾性部材46と、を有する。第2弾性部材の自然長は、弁体部が流入孔部を閉じた際における弁体部と底部との距離よりも小さい。第2弾性部材は、弁体部が流入孔部43eを開放した状態において弁体部に弾性力を加える。【選択図】図4 |
