To provide an important object management device that can reduce time-consuming work when taking out stored objects.SOLUTION: The important object management device has a plurality of compartments 31 that can be locked and keep stored objects. The important object management device includes input means 71, to which a purpose of use is input when the compartments 31 are unlocked. This facilitates the input of the purpose of use compared to cases of writing the purpose of use on paper such as a notebook by hand or inputting it in another management PC manually.
