The robot 100 includes an acquisition unit 111, a setting unit 112, a selection unit 113 and an operation control unit 114. The acquisition unit 111 acquires an execution frequency parameter indicating an actual execution frequency of each of the plurality of predetermined operations. The selection unit 113 selects an operation for execution of making an own machine execute from the plurality of predetermined operations according to the acquired execution frequency parameter so that the predetermined operation having low execution frequency is easily selected as the operation for execution.
