To provide a settling tank capable of improving sedimentation performance.SOLUTION: A settling tank in an embodiment has a tank, an inflow pipe and a plurality of dispersion plates. The inflow pipe is arranged along a center axis of the tank inside the tank. The plurality of dispersion plates are arranged side by side in a vertical direction under the inflow pipe. An upper surface of the plurality of dispersion plates is tilted downward from the inside to the outside in a radial direction of the inflow pipe.
