Zusammenfassung: | To provide MW of Gram negative bacteria on which pneumococcus capsule polysaccharide is mounted.SOLUTION: There is provided MV of Gram negative bacteria, in which lipopolysaccharide being a component of an outer membrane comprises lipid A, core oligosaccharide, and pneumococcus capsule polysaccharide. The Gram negative bacteria are coliform Nissle 1917 strains. The MV is separated from a coliform double variant with gene mutation which is ΔflhD and ΔwbbL. By intranasal administration of a vaccine including the MV for transporting the pneumococcus capsule polysaccharide, an antibody to pneumococcus can be produced and guided to each portion of blood, a nasal cavity, an oral cavity and a lung.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】肺炎球菌莢膜ポリサッカライドを載せたグラム陰性菌のMVを提供する。【解決手段】グラム陰性菌のMVであって、外膜の構成部分であるリポ多糖が、リピドAと、コアオリゴ糖と、肺炎球菌莢膜ポリサッカライドを有する。グラム陰性菌は大腸菌Nissle 1917株である。このMVは、ΔflhD及びΔwbbLである遺伝子変異を有する大腸菌二重変異株から単離される。この肺炎球菌莢膜多糖を運ぶMVを含むワクチンの鼻腔内投与により、血中、鼻腔、口腔及び肺の各部位に、肺炎球菌に対する抗体を産生誘導できる。【選択図】図1 |
