Zusammenfassung:To provide a stator manufacturing method which can simplify the structure of a stator manufacturing device when a wedge member is inserted into a slot opening part of a slot housed in a slot housing part.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a stator 100 includes transmitting pressing force by a pressing part 54b (pressing member) to an inner diameter side slot housing part 11b (second slot housing part) through a wedge holding member 57 provided between the pressing part 54b and a slot 21 (21b) (second slot), so as to push the inner diameter side slot housing part 11b into the slot 21 (21b). The manufacturing method of the stator 100 further includes moving, in a state that the inner diameter side slot housing part 11b is pressed, the wedge holding member 57 toward the center axial line direction of the stator core 20, so as to arrange the wedge member 21e, held by the wedge holding member 57, on an opening part 21a (slot opening part).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 34 【課題】スロット収容部が収容されたスロットのスロット開口部にウェッジ部材を挿入させる場合において、ステータの製造装置の構成を簡略化することが可能なステータの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】このステータ100の製造方法は、押圧部54b(押圧部材)による押圧力を、押圧部54bとスロット21(21b)(第2スロット)との間に設けられるウェッジ保持部材57を介して、内径側スロット収容部11b(第2のスロット収容部)に伝達して、スロット21(21b)に内径側スロット収容部11bを押し込む工程を備える。また、ステータ100の製造方法は、内径側スロット収容部11bが押圧された状態で、ウェッジ保持部材57をステータコア20の中心軸線方向に移動させることによって、ウェッジ保持部材57に保持されたウェッジ部材21eを開口部21a(スロット開口部)に配置する工程を備える。【選択図】図34
