Zusammenfassung: | To suppress increase of chip area in circuit integration.SOLUTION: A control circuit 20 comprises: an ON period control circuit 21 which outputs an OFF timing signal Voff of a switch transistor MN1; an OFF period control circuit 22 which outputs an ON timing signal Von of the switch transistor MN1; and a soft start circuit 27 which generates feedback current Ifb4 according to current flowing to an auxiliary coil L3. The ON period control circuit 21 quickens output timing of the OFF timing signal Voff as photocoupler current Ipc is larger, or the feedback current Ifb4 is larger. The OFF period control circuit 22 delays output timing of the ON timing signal Von as the photocoupler current Ipc is larger, or the feedback current Ifb4 is larger. The ON period control circuit 21 and the OFF period control circuit 22 are controlled by the feedback current Ifb4 when output voltage Vout does not reach target voltage Vout1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】集積回路化の際のチップ面積の増大を抑制する。【解決手段】制御回路20は、スイッチトランジスタMN1のOFFタイミング信号Voffを出力するON期間制御回路21と、スイッチトランジスタMN1のONタイミング信号Vonを出力するOFF期間制御回路22と、補助巻線L3に流れる電流に応じたフィードバック電流Ifb4を生成するソフトスタート回路27とを備える。ON期間制御回路21は、ホトカプラ電流Ipcが大きいほど、又はフィードバック電流Ifb4が大きいほど、OFFタイミング信号Voffの出力タイミングを早める。OFF期間制御回路22は、ホトカプラ電流Ipcが大きいほど、又はフィードバック電流Ifb4が大きいほど、ONタイミング信号Vonの出力タイミングを遅くする。出力電圧Voutが目標電圧Vout1に達しないとき、フィードバック電流Ifb4でON期間制御回路21とOFF期間制御回路22を制御する。【選択図】図1 |
