Zusammenfassung:To provide a technology capable of detecting the state of insufficient supply amount of reaction gas for a fuel battery cell with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A fuel cell monitoring device includes an impedance measurement section for calculating the absolute value of impedance of a fuel battery cell for an AC signal of relatively low frequency, and the phase angle of impedance of a fuel battery cell for an AC signal of relatively high frequency, by applying AC signals of two frequencies to a fuel cell stack, and a determination section for determining that a supply amount of the fuel gas is insufficient, for the fuel battery cell where the absolute value of the impedance is larger than a predetermined first threshold level, or determining that a supply amount of the fuel gas is insufficient for the fuel battery cell where the absolute value of the impedance is smaller than the first threshold level, and for the fuel battery cell where the phase angle of the impedance is larger than a predetermined second threshold level to the negative side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】燃料電池セルに対する反応ガスの供給量不足の状態を高い精度で検出できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】燃料電池監視装置は、燃料電池スタックに2つの周波数の交流信号を印加して、相対的に低い周波数の交流信号に対する燃料電池セルのインピーダンスの絶対値と、相対的に高い周波数の交流信号に対する前記燃料電池セルのインピーダンスの位相角と、を算出するインピーダンス計測部と、前記インピーダンスの絶対値が予め決められた第1閾値よりも大きい前記燃料電池セル、あるいは、前記インピーダンスの絶対値が前記第1閾値よりも小さく、かつ、前記インピーダンスの位相角が予め決められた第2閾値よりもマイナス側に大きい前記燃料電池セルに、前記燃料ガスの供給量の不足が生じていると判定する判定部と、を備える。【選択図】図3
