Zusammenfassung:To provide an interview information sharing system capable of making full use of collected interview information by allowing staff of each department to share interview information collected by each department without losing the usability of the interview information collected individually in each department.SOLUTION: The interview information sharing system allows multiple staff from different departments to share interview information about an object person's response to each question on the questionnaire. An information-sharing server 1 manages interview information of each object person. A user terminal 2 is connected to the information sharing server via a network for allowing inputting answers to each question on the questionnaire and displaying an input completed questionnaire. The information-sharing server 1 manages the interview information while separating a common questionnaire that is commonly used in all departments and an individual questionnaire that is individually used in each department.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】各部門で個別に収集した問診情報の使い勝手を損なうことなく、各部門で収集した問診情報を各部門のスタッフ間で共有できるようにして、収集した問診情報を十分に活用できるようにする。【解決手段】問診票の各質問に対する対象者の回答に関する問診情報を、部門が異なる複数のスタッフ間で共有させる問診情報共有システムであり、情報共有サーバ1が、対象者ごとの問診情報を管理し、ユーザ端末2が、情報共有サーバとネットワークを介して接続されて、問診票の各質問に対する回答の入力および入力済みの問診票の表示を行い、情報共有サーバ1は、問診情報を、すべての部門で共通に用いられる共通問診票と部門ごとに個別に用いられる個別問診票とに分割して管理する。【選択図】図3
