INTERVIEW INFORMATION SHARING SYSTEM AND INTERVIEW INFORMATION SHARING METHOD

To provide an interview information sharing system capable of making full use of collected interview information by allowing staff of each department to share interview information collected by each department without losing the usability of the interview information collected individually in each department.SOLUTION: The interview information sharing system allows multiple staff from different departments to share interview information about an object person's response to each question on the questionnaire. An information-sharing server 1 manages interview information of each object person. A user terminal 2 is connected to the information sharing server via a network for allowing inputting answers to each question on the questionnaire and displaying an input completed questionnaire.
