IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

To provide an image forming apparatus capable of removing non-electrostatic paper powder which exists on an intermediate transfer belt and cannot be electrostatically removed.SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes an image carrier on which a toner image is formed by a liquid developer including a toner particle and a carrier liquid, the intermediate transfer belt to which the toner image is transferred from the image carrier in a primary transfer part, a transfer roller which forms a secondary transfer part in which the toner image is transferred to a medium from the intermediate transfer belt, and a first cleaning roller member, a second cleaning roller member, and an electrifying member provided oppositely to the side of the toner image surface of the intermediate transfer belt.
