Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for simply and quickly evaluating the suitability of conductive powder as a raw material for MLCC.SOLUTION: The method includes adding a dispersant composed of conductive powder and preferably an anionic surfactant having an acid-based functional group in molecular structure to the inside of a glass tube bottle filled with water and an oleophilic solvent whose solubility to water is 1% or less and specific gravity is 0.999 (20/4°C) or less at a rate of 1 to 1 on a mass basis, and determining the suitability of the conductive powder to a paste for internal electrodes on the basis of the state of the conductive powder when the water and oleophilic solvent are separated into two layers after being shaken and left intact.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 MLCCの原料として好適な導電性粉末であるか否かを簡便かつ迅速に評価する方法を提供する。【解決手段】 水と、水に対する溶解度が1%以下である比重0.999(20/4℃)以下の親油性溶媒とが質量基準で1:1の割合で装入されたガラス管瓶内に導電性粉末及び好適には分子構造中に酸系の官能基を有するアニオン系界面活性剤からなる分散剤を添加し、振とうさせた後に静置させて前記水と親油性溶媒とを2層に分離させたときの該導電性粉末の状態に基づいて導電性粉末の内部電極用ペーストへの適用可否を判断する。【選択図】 図1 |
