Zusammenfassung:To provide a cross roller bearing that provides accurate and reproducible lid positioning without being affected by a clearance due to tolerance, by providing unevenness on a contact portion of a built-in hole of an inner ring or outer ring and a lid and fitting them.SOLUTION: A built-in hole 5 is formed into an uneven shape by a flat contact surface 18 formed by a notch part 17 extending from an inner peripheral surface 8 of an end surface 14 of an inner ring 2 to an outer peripheral surface 9, and a flat notch step part 20 formed by a notch part 19 reaching a relief groove 16 from the middle of the notch part 17. A lid 3 comprises a convex step part 21 that is fitted into the built-in hole 5, extends from the middle of a lower surface 22 to the relief groove 16 and projects, and is locked to the notch step part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】このクロスローラ軸受は,内輪又は外輪の組込み孔と蓋との接触部分に凹凸を設けて嵌合することで,公差による隙間に影響されず,正確な再現性のある蓋の位置決めを行う。【解決手段】組込み孔5は,内輪2の端面14の内周面8から外周面9に延びる切欠き部17で形成される平らな接触面18と,切欠き部17の途中から逃げ溝16に達する切欠き部19で形成される平らな切欠き段部20とによって凹凸に形成されている。蓋3は,組込み孔5に嵌合すると共に,下面22の途中から逃げ溝16までに延びて突出し,切欠き段部20に係止する凸状段部21を備えている。【選択図】図3
