Zusammenfassung:To provide an automobile component which has high slidability and can be formed easily, and to provide a manufacturing method of the automobile component.SOLUTION: An automobile component 11 of the present invention includes: a slide member 2 having a sliding surface 3; and a resin coating part 14 which is formed in at least a part of the sliding surface 3. The resin coating part 14 has a cut surface and/or a ground surface 17a. The resin coating part 14 has: a smooth part 16 in which a thickness is uniform; and a cutting part and/or a grinding part 17 formed continuously from the smooth part 16 and including the cut surface and/or the ground surface 17a. A maximum film thickness in the cutting part and/or the grinding part 17 may be smaller than or equal to a maximum film thickness of the smooth part 16.
