Zusammenfassung: | To provide a double sheet type packaging material capable of preventing an article to be packaged via a cushioning function from being damaged and broken due to impact during transportation and contact with things, and of being fixed in such a manner that the article to be packaged does not move on an inner side of packaging during the transportation.SOLUTION: A double sheet type packaging material uses a bubble cushioning sheet comprising a cap film 21 provided with a number of protruding parts 21a, 21a ... on a surface side thereof and a base film 22 attached via heat-welding on a back surface side of the cap film 21 on a second sheet material 2. The bubble cushioning sheet is set to have an elongation recovery ratio of 80% or more during 50% elongation, for which a composite density of a raw material of the base film 21 using a non-elastomeric olefinic thermoplastic resin as a main raw material is set to 0.89 g/cmto 0.93 g/cm, and a composite density of a raw material of the base film 22 using an olefinic thermoplastic elastomer as a main raw material is set to 0.84 g/cmto 0.88 g/cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 緩衝機能によって輸送中の衝撃や器物等の接触による被包装物の損傷及び破損を防止することができ、また被包装物が輸送中に包装の内側で動かないように固定することもできる二重シート型包装資材を提供すること。【解決手段】 二重シート型包装資材において、第二シート材2に、表面側に多数の凸部21a・21a...が形成されたキャップフィルム21と、このキャップフィルム21の裏面側に熱溶着によって貼り合わされたベースフィルム22とを備えた気泡緩衝シートを使用すると共に、この気泡緩衝シートは、非エラストマーのオレフィン系熱可塑性樹脂を主原料とするキャップフィルム21の原料の合成密度を0.89g/cm3〜0.93g/cm3とし、またオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーを主原料とするベースフィルム22の原料の合成密度を0.84g/cm3〜0.88g/cm3として、50%伸長時の伸長回復率を80%以上とした。【選択図】 図1 |
