Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method by which an attachment part of an intermediate product is made accurately formable through studying dimensional deviation of the intermediate product of a structure under manufacturing from a design model while working time and working load are lightened when manufacturing the structure.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a structure comprises a measuring step to measure a coordinate position of a contact point between a probe and a work by making a point contact of a probe with at least a work which is an intermediate product of the structure under manufacturing by using a three dimensional measuring device with the probe, a calculating step to calculate a dimensional difference between the work and the design model by comparing the coordinate position acquired by the measuring step with the coordinate position corresponding to a preliminarily prepared design model and a difference correction step to correct the work based on the calculation result acquired by the calculation step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】構造物を製造する場合において、作業時間及び作業負担の軽減を図りながら、設計モデルに対する構造物の製造途中の中間品のずれを調べることにより、中間品に正確に取付部を形成可能にする。【解決手段】構造物の製造方法は、プローブを備える3次元測定器を用い、プローブを、構造物の製造途中の中間品である少なくとも1つのワークと点接触させることにより、プローブとワークとの接触点の座標位置を計測する計測ステップと、計測ステップで得られたワークの座標位置を、予め用意された設計モデルの対応する座標位置と比較することにより、ワークと設計モデルとの間に存在するずれ量を算出する算出ステップと、算出ステップで得られた算出結果に基づいて、ワークを矯正する歪矯正ステップと、を有する。【選択図】図2 |
