DOUBLE-SIDED BAKING COOKING DEVICE

To provide a double-sided baking cooking device excellent in cooking performance and convenience.SOLUTION: A double-sided baking cooking device 1 comprises: a griddle 11 having a hot plate 14 on an upper surface part 111; and a platen 12 having a hot plate 15 in a lower surface part 121, rotating in a vertical direction to the griddle 11, and openably/closably supported. The double-sided baking cooking device can heat both sides simultaneously by sandwiching a food material from upper and lower sides by both hot plates 14, 15. The double-sided baking cooking device further comprises: a platen drive part 30 for opening/closing and driving the platen 12; a height sensor 34 for detecting a height position of the platen 12 to the griddle 11; a control panel 20E for setting and instructing operation conditions such as the kind of a food material to be cooked and a cooking temperature; and a storage part for storing a set height of the platen 12 for each kind of food materials.
