Zusammenfassung:To provide a cell wall destructor for microorganisms which has small energy consumption, which can be reduced in a size of the device and has high cell wall destruction effect, and a sludge processing device using the cell wall destructor.SOLUTION: A cell wall destructor 1 for microorganisms comprises: a steam injector 7 comprising an inflow part with a steam introduction hole for introducing steam and a liquid material introduction hole for introducing a liquid material, a mixing part for mixing the steam and the liquid material, and a pressure rise part which is continuous to a throat part at a lowest part of the mixing part and increases a pressure of a fluid mixture, the steam injector bringing the steam introduced from the steam introduction hole into contact with the liquid material introduced from the liquid material introduction hole for condensing the steam for raising a pressure of the fluid mixture of the steam and the liquid material, and the cell wall destructor comprises: liquid material supply means 9 for supplying the liquid material including an organic matter such as microorganism to the liquid material introduction hole; steam supply means 11 for supplying steam to the steam introduction hole; and a delivery pipe part 13 for sending the fluid mixture discharged from the steam injector 7 to a post-processing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】消費エネルギーが小さく、装置のコンパクト化が可能で、かつ細胞壁破壊効果の高い微生物等の細胞壁破壊装置及び該細胞壁破壊装置を用いた汚泥処理装置の提供。【解決手段】水蒸気を導入する蒸気導入口及び液状物質を導入する液状物質導入口が設けられた流入部と、水蒸気と液状物質とが混合する混合部と、混合部の最下流部にあるのど部に連続して混合流体が昇圧される昇圧部とを有し、蒸気導入口から導入された水蒸気を液状物質導入口から導入された液状物質に接触させることで水蒸気を凝縮させて水蒸気と液状物質の混合流体の昇圧を行う蒸気インジェクタ7を有し、液状物質導入口に微生物等の有機物を含む液状物質を供給する液状物質供給手段9と、蒸気導入口に水蒸気を供給する水蒸気供給手段11と、蒸気インジェクタ7から排出される混合流体を後処理部へ送り出す送出管部13とを備えてなる、微生物の細胞壁破壊装置1。【選択図】図1
