Zusammenfassung:To provide a photoelectric conversion element that has a simple structure and in which a layer for suppressing multiple reflection is formed, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A plurality of particles is mixed into a coating agent in order to form a particle layer having a plurality of particles in a light transmitting layer that covers a photodiode portion in which a plurality of photodiodes are arranged in at least one row, the mixed particles and the coating agent is applied to the light transmitting layer, and the particle layer having the particles suppresses multiple reflection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡便な構造で、多重反射を抑制する層が形成された光電変換素子及びその製造方法を得る。【解決手段】複数のフォトダイオードが少なくとも一列配列されたフォトダイオード部を覆う光透過層へ、複数の粒子を有する粒子層を形成するため、コーティング剤へ前記複数の粒子を混ぜ合わせ、混ぜ合わせた前記複数の粒子及び前記コーティング剤を前記光透過層へ塗布することを特徴とし、前記粒子を有する前記粒子層により、多重反射を抑制した光電変換素子及びその製造方法である。【選択図】 図1
