To provide a fixing device that can prevent deformation and fusing of a reflecting member itself and its peripheral members caused by heat of the reflecting member.SOLUTION: A fixing device comprises: an endless fixing belt 60; a fixing belt holding member 51; a pressure member 70 that is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the fixing belt 60; a nip forming member 80 that is in contact with the pressure member 70 with the fixing belt 60 therebetween to form a nip; a stay 90 that supports the nip forming member 80; a heat source 40 that is arranged inside the fixing belt 60 to heat the fixing belt 60; a reflecting member 61 that is disposed between the heat source 40 and stay 90 to reflect radiant heat from the heat source 40; and a pair of side plates 52 that fixes the fixing belt holding member 51 and stay 90.
