Zusammenfassung:To improve detection output of an electromagnetic wave.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave detector comprises: a substrate; an electromagnetic wave detection element grounded in the substrate and having a Schottky junction part and a pair of conductive parts bonded to each other through the Schottky junction part; a floating conductive part arranged at a position separated from the Schottky junction part in the substrate, having a portion in an arrangement direction of at least the pair of conductive parts at an end at a side of the electromagnetic wave detection element and having a width in the arrangement direction equal to or more than that in the arrangement direction of the electromagnetic wave detection element.
