ARTICLE TRANSFER FACILITY

To provide an article transfer facility capable of easily securing stability of posture of an article in a second support member and enhancing storage efficiency of the article, when the article is transferred from a first support member to the second support member.SOLUTION: An article transfer facility 100 comprises: a transfer device 3 which performs a first operation for taking out an article W supported by a first container C1 from the first container C1 and a second operation for stacking the article W taken out from the first container C1 in a second container C2; and an inclination device 5 which supports the second container C2 at a second work position P2. The second container C2 has a rectangular placing surface S on which the article W is placed, and further formed into a box shape whose top face is opened.
