Zusammenfassung:To provide an injection molding machine capable of effectively suppressing defects in surface properties of molded products.SOLUTION: An injection molding machine 1 has an air pressure adjusting unit 53 that is connected to a cavity C and sucks gas from the cavity C or sends gas into the cavity C to adjust an air pressure in the cavity C. The air pressure adjusting unit 53 includes a cylinder unit 54 connected to the cavity C, a piston unit 55 accommodated in the cylinder unit 54 so that the piston unit 55 can reciprocate, and a piston drive unit 56 that reciprocates the piston unit 55.
