MIST JET DEVICE

To provide a mist jet device capable of efficiently performing surface treatment to a wide range of surfaces to be treated without unevenness and without scattering waste water around surroundings.SOLUTION: A mist jet device 1 comprises: traveling means 2 moving along a surface 11 to be treated; a moving nozzle head being in parallel with the surface 11 to be treated and rocking in a direction crossing the moving direction of the traveling means 2; a scattering prevention cover 3 covering the moving nozzle head; and suction means 6 communicated with the inside space of the scattering prevention cover 3. The scattering prevention cover 3 moves with the traveling means 2. The moving nozzle head is rotated around a rotation axis being vertical to the surface to be treated. In the moving nozzle head, a nozzle jetting high pressure water to the surface to be treated is provided at a position deviated from the center of the moving nozzle head.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】広範囲の処理対象面に対して、効率よく、かつ、むらなく、なおかつ、周囲に排水を飛散させることなく表面処理を行うことができるミストジェット装置を提案する。【解決手段】処理対象面１１に沿って移動する走行手段２と、処理対象面１１と平行で、かつ、走行手段２の進行方向と交差する方向に揺動する移動ノズルヘッドと、移動ノズルヘッドを覆う飛散防止カバー３と、飛散防止カバー３の内側空間に連通された吸引手段６とを備えるミストジェット装置１。飛散防止カバー３は、走行手段２とともに移動する。移動ノズルヘッドは、処理対象面に対して垂直な回転軸を中心に回転し、この移動ノズルヘッドには、処理対象面に高圧水を噴射するノズルが移動ノズルヘッドの中心からずれた位置に設けられている。【選択図】図１
