Zusammenfassung: | To provide an air cleaner capable of suppressing inflow into a room of charged particles or the like released into the atmosphere in the process of air cleaning.SOLUTION: An air cleaner includes an air supply unit which introduces air to a room through a room air supply port 2 and of which one end is connected to the room air supply port 2, an air cleaning unit 60 that is installed in the air supply unit and releases charged particles into the atmosphere, and a removal unit 70 that is installed between the air cleaning unit 60 and the room air supply port 2 or at the room air supply port 2 and able to capture the charged particles. The removal unit 70 is equipped with a conductor 71 and a voltage impression part that keeps the conductor 71 at an electric potential having a polarity opposite to the electric charge of the charged particles or at the ground potential.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
