Zusammenfassung: | To provide a thermal compression bonding device for a fuel battery capable of preventing an occurrence of a stain of a die due to movement of a laminate, relaxing collision of the laminate against the die and preventing a separator from being deformed.SOLUTION: A thermal compression bonding device 10 for a fuel battery includes: a holding/moving mechanism 12 for holding and moving a laminate S of a cathode side separator 112, an anode side separator 113 and a thermoplastic resin sheet 114; and a die 11 for performing thermal compression bonding while holding the laminate S from both sides of a lamination direction. The holding/moving mechanism 12 moves the laminate S from a prescribed direction, the die 11 is composed of an upper die 21 and a lower die 22, the lower die 22 is provided with a guide plate 14 for guiding the laminate S to a side to which the laminate S is moved between the lower die 22 and the upper die 21, and in the guide plate 14, an end part of the guide plate 14 enters into a position which is inside the end part of the lower die 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
