To provide a shop device capable of transmitting a message to an important monitoring area and other monitoring areas with different criteria.SOLUTION: A shop device 10 includes: a first storage unit 13 that stores an arrangement position of each of a plurality of commodities in a shop and a monitoring area in the shop; an image acquisition unit 141 that acquires a captured image obtained by capturing an image of the monitoring area; a suspicious person detection unit 142 that detects a suspicious person from the captured image; a notification unit 143 that transmits a massage to a monitoring device 30 in the case where a suspicious person has been detected; an acceptance unit 144 that accepts one of the commodities among the plurality of commodities and a designation of an importance level for the commodity by a user; and an important monitoring area setting unit 145 that sets an important monitoring area on the basis of the arrangement position of the designated commodity and the designated importance level.
