Zusammenfassung:	To promote smooth communication between users according to a surrounding situation or stats of the users.SOLUTION: A terminal device includes: detection means which detects at least one of a surrounding situation, states of users and operation by the user; display control means which displays information on intention display of a support request or support provision by the user on a display part according to a detection result by the detection means; and reception means which receives notification from a provider that enables support for the support request or a client that wants to be supported from another terminal device.
