Zusammenfassung: | SOLUTION: Provided is a method for determining a user's skill of anastomosis techniques using a pre-anastomosed mock tissue created by the user by anastomosing a portion of a second mock organ to a portion of a first mock organ. The method includes the steps of: applying a fluid to the inside of an anastomosis of the pre-anastomosed mock organ, measuring the leak amount of the fluid from a clearance of the anastomosed first and second mock organs, and determining a pre-anastomosed mock organ the leak amount of which is equal to or smaller than a prescribed cutoff value, as being acceptable; sealing the clearance of the first and second mock organs of the pre-anastomosed mock organ determined as being acceptable; imaging a cross section of the pre-anastomosed mock organ that includes the anastomosed part of the first and second mock organs using a prescribed cross section imaging device while the inside of the anastomosed part of the pre-anastomosed mock organ is pressurized with predetermined pressure; comparing the values of one or two or more evaluation parameters obtained from a three-dimensional image and/or three-dimensional shape model constructed on the basis of the imaged image of the pre-anastomosed mock organ with the prescribed cutoff values of the evaluation parameters and thereby quantitatively determining the anastomosis skills of the user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
