Zusammenfassung: | To provide an air conveying device capable of preventing a pellet in a hopper from being blown up by air.SOLUTION: An air conveying device 2 includes: a hopper 35 to which a pellet is charged; a rotary valve 36 having an inlet 36a connected to a lower end of the hopper 35 and having a plurality of blades 364 rotating around a horizontal axis for feeding the pellet charged into the hopper while adjusting a conveyance amount thereof; an air duct 34 which is connected to an outlet 36b of the rotary valve 36 and conveys the pellet fed from the outlet 36b together with air; and a blow up prevention plate 60 which is placed above a rotation range in which each of the blades 364 of the rotary valve 36 rotates upward from the lower part in the hopper 35, and prevents blow up of the pellet in the hopper 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
【課題】ホッパ内のペレットがエアにより吹き上がるのを抑制することができるエア搬送装置を提供する。【解決手段】エア搬送装置2は、ペレットが投入されるホッパ35と、ホッパ35の下端に入口36aが接続され、前記ホッパ内に投入されたペレットをその搬送量を調整して送り出すために、水平軸回りに回転する複数の羽根364を有するロータリバルブ36と、ロータリバルブ36の出口36bに接続され、当該出口36bから送り出されたペレットをエアと共に搬送するための送風管34と、ホッパ35内においてロータリバルブ36の各羽根364が下から上に向かって回転する回転範囲の上方に配置され、ホッパ35内のペレットの吹き上がりを防止する吹き上がり防止板60とを備える。【選択図】図10 |
