Zusammenfassung: | To provide a device capable of simultaneously press-inserting two components into a substrate without applying an excess load to the substrate.SOLUTION: A press-inserting device includes: a first pushing section which applies a load directed to a first receiving section to a first component; a second pushing section which applies a load directed to a second receiving section to a second component; a first load sensor which detects a first load applied to a first component by the first pushing section; a second load sensor which detects a second load applied to a second component by the second pushing section; and a control section. The control section executes a control procedure of (1) advancing the first pushing section at a first speed and advancing the second pushing section at a second speed when starting press-inserting operation, (2) advancing the first pushing section at a third speed smaller than the first speed and advancing or stopping the second pushing section under a condition that a total value of the first load and the second load is within a reference value or less when the total value reaches the reference value, and (3) advancing the second pushing section at a fourth speed smaller than the second speed when the first load reaches a first completion load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 基板に過剰な荷重を加えることなく、2個の部品を基板に同時に圧入することができる装置を提供する。【解決手段】 圧入装置は、第1部品に第1受入部に向かう荷重を加える第1押込部と、第2部品に第2受入部に向かう荷重を加える第2押込部と、第1押込部が第1部品に加える第1荷重を検出する第1荷重センサと、第2押込部が第2部品に加える第2荷重を検出する第2荷重センサと、制御部を備える。制御部は、(1)圧入動作開始時、第1押込部を第1速度で前進させるとともに第2押込部を第2速度で前進させ、(2)第1荷重と第2荷重の合計値が基準値に達したら、第1押込部を第1速度よりも小さい第3速度で前進させるとともに第2押込部を第1荷重と第2荷重の合計値が基準値以下に留まるという条件で前進または停止させ、(3)第1荷重が第1完了荷重に達したら、第2押込部を第2速度よりも小さい第4速度で前進させる制御手順を実施する。【選択図】 図2 |
