Zusammenfassung:To provide a power management method and a charge management method which continue electric supply to an electric vehicle from a battery charger even if sufficient power is not charged in a storage battery.SOLUTION: In charging system 100, in the power management method, a first metric data which indicates a value of power supplied to power load 200 from low-voltage power receiving facilities 120 is received from first wattmeter 150a, and based on rated output of the low-voltage power receiving facilities and the first metric data received from the first wattmeter, a first suppliable power data which indicate a value of power which can be supplied from the low-voltage power receiving facilities is calculated, and a second metric data which indicates a value of power which is stored in first storage battery 130 is received from second wattmeter 150b, and based on the first suppliable power data and the second metric data received from the second wattmeter, a second suppliable power data which indicates a value of power which can be supplied to battery charger 160 is calculated, and the calculated second suppliable power data is transmitted to the battery charger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】蓄電池に十分な電力が充電されていなくても、充電器から電気自動車への給電を継続する電力管理方法及び充電管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】充電システム100において、電力管理方法は、低圧受電設備120から電力負荷200に供給される電力の値を示す第1の計量データを第1の電力計150aから受信し、低圧受電設備の定格出力と、第1の電力計から受信した第1の計量データとに基づいて、低圧受電設備から供給可能な電力の値を示す第1の供給可能電力データを算出し、第1の蓄電池130に蓄電される電力の値を示す第2の計量データを第2の電力計150bから受信し、第1の供給可能電力データと、第2の電力計から受信した第2の計量データに基づいて、充電器160に供給可能な電力の値を示す第2の供給可能電力データを算出し、算出した第2の供給可能電力データを充電器へ送信する。【選択図】図1
