To provide a holding jig having an adhesive layer, in which abrasion resistance of the adhesive layer is improved.SOLUTION: The holding jig has a substrate 11 and an adhesive layer 12 provided on a surface of the substrate 11. The adhesive layer 12 is made of silicone rubber. The holding jig 10 has skewness Rsk of less than 0 on a surface 12a of the adhesive layer 12. A load length ratio Mr1 of a core portion on a surface of the adhesive layer is preferably 6% or more and 10% or less.
