Zusammenfassung:To provide a physical condition management support device that can obtain the amount of near infrared rays existing around a user and make a proposal on physical condition management.SOLUTION: A physical condition management support device for supporting physical condition management on the basis of the amount of near infrared rays existing in the vicinity of a user includes: near infrared ray amount acquisition means for obtaining the amount of near infrared rays; storage means for storing a correlation between the amount of near infrared rays and physical condition; and proposal means for making a proposal on physical condition management on the basis of the amount of near infrared rays.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】利用者の付近に存在する近赤外線量を取得して、体調管理に関する提案を行うことができる体調管理支援装置を提供すること。【解決手段】利用者の付近に存在する近赤外線量に基づいて体調管理を支援する為の体調管理支援装置であって、前記近赤外線量を取得する近赤外線量取得手段と、前記近赤外線量と体調との相関関係を記憶する記憶手段と、前記近赤外線量に基づいて、体調管理に関する提案を行う提案手段と、を備えることを特徴とする、体調管理支援装置。【選択図】図１
