To provide an image formation device that improves workability in cleaning a lens surface of an exposure head.SOLUTION: An image formation device comprises: a plurality of LED exposure heads 105a to 105d provided on a device main body and capable of moving a photoreceptor drum to an exposure position upward in a vertical direction and to a retreat position where the photoreceptor drum retreats upward of the exposure position in the vertical direction; a cover 1 provided rotatably on the device main body and capable of moving rotatably to a closure position where a detachable port 2 is closed and an open position where the detachable port is open; and a movement mechanism for moving the plurality of LED exposure heads 105a to 105d in conjunction with the rotation of the cover 1 so that the plurality of LED exposure heads 105a to 105d are positioned at the exposure position when the cover 1 is positioned in the closure position and positioned at the retreat position when the cover 1 is positioned at the open position.
