Zusammenfassung: | To provide a mesh structure mesh inspection method and mesh structure mesh inspection device that can detect uneven parts of a mesh of a mesh structure, not relying upon a visual inspection of inspection staff members.SOLUTION: A mesh structure mesh inspection device comprises: a digital camera 2 that captures a mesh structure W; an image processing unit 4 that identifies a mesh WA from a digital image of the mesh structure W, and generates a monochrome image; and a computation unit 6 that extracts a pixel Pi in which a plurality of peaks in which the number of white pixels obtained by counting a white pixel Piw around each pixel Pi of the white pixel Piw and black pixel of the monochrome image in all pixels thereof exceeding the number of black pixels by a predetermined amount exist around the pixel as a cross part Px of the mesh WA, counts the white pixel Piw inside a circle with a distance R to adjacent cross parts Px in each one of the plurality of cross parts Px as a radius to thereby obtain a distribution of the peak M in which the number of white pixels are many, and determines the cross part Px other than the cross part Px in which the number of peaks M of the plurality of cross parts Px are the preset number thereof and an angle difference θd in a circumferential direction of the adjacent peaks M falls within a prescribed range as a NG point serving a uniformity portion of the mesh WA.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】検査員の目視検査に頼らずに網目構造物の網目の不均一箇所を検出し得る網目構造物の網目検査方法及び網目検査装置を提供する。【解決手段】網目構造物Wを撮像するデジタルカメラ2と、網目構造物Wのデジタル画像から網目WAを識別して白黒画像を生成する画像処理部4と、白黒画像の白色画素Piw及び黒色画素の全画素Piにおける各々の周囲の白色画素Piwをカウントして得た白色画素数が黒色画素数を所定量上回るピークが周囲に複数ある画素Piを網目WAのクロス部Pxとして抽出すると共に、複数のクロス部Pxの一つ一つにおいて隣接するクロス部Pxまでの距離Rを半径とする円内の白色画素Piwをカウントすることで白色画素数が多いピークMの分布を得て、複数のクロス部PxのうちのピークMの数が予め設定した数で且つ隣り合うピークMの円周方向の角度差θdが所定の範囲内のクロス部Px以外のクロス部Pxを網目WAの不均一箇所であるNG点と判定する演算部6を備えている。【選択図】図1 |
