Zusammenfassung:To reduce the total sum of power consumption in a stop facility including at least an air-conditioning facility and a cold storage facility without impairing amenity of a user in the store, regardless of the arrangement relation of both facilities.SOLUTION: A database 13 stores measurement data associated with at least date and time information, setting temperatures of air-conditioning facilities 1 to 3 at the date and time, and power consumptions of the air-conditioning facilities 1 to 3 and cold storage facilities 4 and 5 at that date and time. Setting value instruction means 12 derives the setting temperatures of the air-conditioning facilities 1 to 3 within a range where a temperature in a space S is within a comfortable temperature zone so as to minimize the total sum of the power consumptions of the air-conditioning facilities 1 to 3 and the cold storage facilities 4 and 5, on the basis of the measurement data output from data imparting means 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】店内の利用者の快適性を損わない範囲内で、空調設備と冷蔵設備の配置関係にかかわらず、少なくとも両設備を含む店舗設備の消費電力の総和を削減して省エネルギーを実現する。【解決手段】データベース13には、少なくとも日時情報と、当該日時における空調設備1〜3の設定温度と、当該日時における空調設備1〜3および冷蔵設備4・5の消費電力とを関連付けた測定データが蓄積される。設定値指示手段12が、データ付与手段15から出力された測定データに基づき、空間S内の気温が快適温度帯に収まる範囲内で、空調設備1〜3と冷蔵設備4・5の消費電力の総和が最小となるように、空調設備1〜3の設定温度を導き出す。【選択図】図1
