Zusammenfassung:	To provide a vehicle seat whose appearance can be improved, and provide a manufacturing method of the vehicle seat.SOLUTION: Since a trim cover 30 is formed by sticking a skin material 35 to a wadding 36 in a shape corresponding to a first bent part 21a of a seat pad 20, the trim cover 30 can be easily aligned with the first bent part 21a of the seat pad 20 when the trim cover 30 covers the seat pad 20. Namely, the generation of wrinkles in the skin material 35 due to the difference in the elasticity between the skin material 35 and the wadding 36, and the generation of a gap between the skin material and the seat pad 20 due to the floating of the skin material 35 can be suppressed.
