Zusammenfassung:To provide an electric rice cooker that uses water absorbing rice that can be cooked in a shorter time than an ordinary quick cooking menu that uses non-water absorbing rice.SOLUTION: In addition to an ordinary rice cooking control sequence and a quick rice cooking control sequence, a water absorbing rice cooking control sequence is provided as a rice cooking control sequence of rice cooking means, in which rice cooking is executed by three steps of raising temperature, cooking, and steaming by using water absorbing rice which has absorbed water beforehand. Since water absorbing rice is used, a water absorbing process is not necessary, and, furthermore, raising of temperature by high heating power reaching gelatinization temperature is possible. And by making temperature control considering water absorption in a temperature raising process unnecessary, temperature raising time in the temperature raising process is shortened, thereby enabling rice to be cooked in an extremely short time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】非吸水米を使用した通常の早炊きメニューよりも短時間での炊飯が可能な吸水米を使用した電気炊飯器を提供する。【解決手段】炊飯制御手段の炊飯制御シーケンスとして、通常の炊飯制御シーケンスおよび早炊き炊飯制御シーケンスに加えて、さらに予め吸水させておいた吸水米を使用し、昇温、炊き上げ、蒸らしの3工程で炊飯する吸水米炊飯制御シーケンスを設け、吸水米を使用して炊飯することにより吸水工程を不要にすると共に糊化温度に至る高火力での昇温を可能とし、かつ昇温工程での吸水を考慮した温調を不要にすることによって昇温工程での昇温時間をも短縮し、きわめて短時間でご飯を炊き上げられるようにした。【選択図】 図5
