To provide a hot water system that allows a component to be ordered at an appropriate timing, and can delay a timing at which a use limit of a component arrives.SOLUTION: In a hot water system including a hot water device for supplying hot water to a bathtub or a pool, and executing a circulation operation for the hot water, and an external server to which the hot water device is connected through a communication network, the external server includes an automatic ordering function for automatically ordering a replenishment/replacement component based on operation information on the hot water device transmitted from the hot water device.
