Zusammenfassung:	To make mainly it possible to reduce labor and time required for fixing a roof panel and a ceiling panel with a gap between them.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a ceiling hanging metal fitting 7 for fixing a roof panel 23 and a ceiling panel 27 to form a roof panel 8 with a ceiling. The ceiling hanging metal fitting 7 has a pair of vertical plate parts 11 and 12 facing each other and a connecting plate part 13 which connects one side parts of the vertical plate parts 11 and 12. The connecting plate part 13 may be a projecting part 15 which projects outward from one side surface of the vertical plate parts 11 and 12.
