TOILET DEVICE

To provide a toilet device capable of determining more accurately the clogged state of a toilet bowl regardless of functions given to the toilet bowl and the usage of the toilet bowl, even when a sensor for detecting whether water is on the surface of the toilet bowl is used.SOLUTION: The toilet device includes: a detection part that detects whether or not the water is at a position lower than an overflow surface of the toilet bowl and higher than a water stop surface; a clogging determination part that determines the clogged state of the toilet bowl on the basis of the detection result of the detection part; and a control part that determines whether or not whether to prohibit the supply of wash water to the toilet bowl on the basis of the determination result of the clogging determination part.
