Zusammenfassung:To provide a manufacturing method of novel and improved iron ore capable of reducing a nitrogen oxide, while maintaining productivity of iron ore.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of sintered ore includes: a carbonaceous material treatment process of granulating a coating material and a carbonaceous material, in order to coat at least a part of a surface of the carbonaceous material with the coating material including a MgO-containing auxiliary material by 90 mass% or more; a granulated material manufacturing process of manufacturing a granulated material of a blended raw material, by granulating after blending another material for sintering and the coated carbonaceous material with at least a part of a surface thereof coated with the coating material; and a sintered ore manufacturing process of manufacturing sintered ore by burning the granulated material of the blended raw material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】鉄鉱石の生産性を維持しつつ、窒素酸化物を削減することが可能な、新規かつ改良された鉄鉱石の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】上記課題を解決するために、本発明のある観点によれば、含MgO副原料を90質量%以上含む被覆材で炭材の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆するために、被覆材と炭材とを造粒する炭材処理工程と、被覆材で表面の少なくとも一部が被覆された被覆炭材と他の焼結用原料とを配合した後造粒することで配合原料の造粒物を作製する造粒物作製工程と、配合原料の造粒物を焼成することで、焼結鉱を作製する焼結鉱作製工程と、を含むことを特徴とする、焼結鉱の製造方法が提供される。【選択図】図1
