Zusammenfassung: | To provide a coated metal plate on which an operator hardly slips even when a surface is wet by rain or dew condensation when used as for example a roofing material, and which can suppress poor appearance after construction in summer season or the like.SOLUTION: A coated metal plate has a coating substrate containing a metal plate, and a surface coated film. The surface coated film is arranged on an outermost surface of the coated metal plate, and includes a conjugate of a resin particle having glass transition temperature (Tg) of 80°C or higher, and an organic aggregate dispersed in the conjugate. When a surface of the surface coated film is observed by a scanning electron microscope, surface area represented by the following formula (1) is 130 to 170%, and effective line length Rlr represented by the following formula (2) is 180 to 260%. Formula (1): surface area rate (%)=surface area obtained by the observation/observation area×100. 【課題】例えば屋根材として用いた際に、降雨や結露などで表面が濡れた状態であっても作業者が滑りにくく、かつ夏場などにおける施工後の外観不良を抑制しうる塗装金属板を提供すること。【解決手段】塗装金属板は、金属板を含む塗装基材と、表面塗膜とを有する。表面塗膜は、塗装金属板の最表面に配置され、ガラス転移温度(Tg)が80℃以上の樹脂粒子の接合物と、前記接合物中に分散している有機骨材とを含む。表面塗膜の表面を走査電子顕微鏡により観察したとき、下記式(1)で表される表面積率が130〜170%であり、下記式(2)で表される有効線長さRlrが180〜260%である。式(1):表面積率(%)=前記観察により得られる表面積/観察面積×100式(2):有効線長さRlr(%)=前記観察により得られる断面曲線の全長/観察区間長さ×100【選択図】なし |
