IMAGE FORMATION METHOD, IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE, PROGRAM AND DUPLICATION

To provide an image formation method by which texture of ornaments such as cultural properties can be reproduced.SOLUTION: An image formation method for forming an image of a duplication object having a first region with metallic luster and a second region other than the first region by an ink-jet system. In this method, a hiding layer 306, which hides metallic luster, is formed in a region corresponding to the second region on a metallic luster layer 304 with metallic luster provided on a base material 302 ((b)), a texture pattern 310, which expresses texture of a duplication object by UV curable ink, is formed on the hiding layer 306 ((c)), and a pattern layer 312, which includes a pattern of the duplication object printed, is formed on the texture pattern 310 ((d)).
