Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electromagnetic induction heating device capable of reducing excitation sound caused on a pot or pan by power supply pulsation.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction heating device comprises: a heating coil for induction-heating an object to be heated; a power supply circuit for converting AC voltage supplied from a commercial power supply to DC voltage and outputting the DC voltage; an inverter for converting DC voltage supplied from the power supply circuit to high frequency AC voltage and supplying the high frequency AC voltage to the heating coil; and a control circuit for controlling the inverter. The inverter comprises: a resonance circuit composed of the heating coil and a resonance capacitor connected in series; an inverter circuit that is connected across output terminals of the power supply circuit and is composed of two switching elements connected in series; a resonance current detection circuit for detecting resonance current flowing through the resonance circuit; and an envelope detection circuit for detecting an envelope of the resonance current flowing through the resonance circuit. The control circuit controls the inverter circuit so that output values of the envelope detection circuit are approximately constant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 本発明の課題は、電源脈動による鍋に発生する励振音を低減できる電磁誘導加熱装置を提供することである。【解決手段】 本発明の電磁誘導加熱装置は、被加熱物を誘導加熱する加熱コイルと、商用電源から供給される交流電圧を直流電圧に変換して出力する電源回路と、該電源回路から供給される直流電圧を高周波の交流電圧に変換して、前記加熱コイルに供給するインバータと、該インバータを制御する制御回路と、を具備し、前記インバータは、前記加熱コイルと共振コンデンサを直列接続した共振回路と、前記電源回路の出力端子間に接続され、二つのスイッチング素子を直列接続したインバータ回路と、前記共振回路に流れる共振電流を検出する共振電流検出回路と、前記共振回路に流れる共振電流の包絡線を検出する包絡線検出回路と、を備え、前記制御回路は、前記包絡線検出回路の出力値が略一定になるように、前記インバータ回路を制御する。【選択図】 図2 |
