Zusammenfassung:To provide a production method of a cellulose-reinforced resin composition which has an extremely small amount of foreign matters in the resin composition and has high vacuum moldability.SOLUTION: The production method of a resin composition including a polyolefin resin and cellulose is provided, the production method includes a first step of preparing a fluid dispersion including a dispersion medium including water as a main component and cellulose dispersed in the fluid dispersion medium, a second step of adding the fluid dispersion into a thermoplastic resin in a molten condition, melt-kneading the mixture thereby obtaining a kneaded material and a third step of removing a dispersion medium from the kneaded material obtained in the second step thereby obtaining a resin composition, the method including the above steps in the order mentioned above, in the second step, the fluid dispersion is added into the thermoplastic resin in the molten condition at a pressure equal to or larger than a vapor pressure of water at a temperature of the thermoplastic resin in the molten condition.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】樹脂組成物中の異物量が極めて少なく高い真空成形性を有するセルロース強化樹脂組成物を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオレフィン系樹脂と、セルロースとを含む樹脂組成物の製造方法であって、水を主成分とする分散媒と、前記分散媒中に分散させたセルロースとを含む分散液を調製する第一の工程、溶融状態にある熱可塑性樹脂中に前記分散液を添加し、溶融混練して混練物を得る第二の工程、及び第二の工程で得られた混練物から分散媒を除去して樹脂組成物を得る第三の工程、をこの順に含み、第二の工程における分散液の添加を、前記溶融状態にある熱可塑性樹脂の温度における水の蒸気圧以上の圧力で実施する、樹脂組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
